What counts as a “unit”?+
A unit is one rental unit actively tracked in your portfolio, across all the property management systems you’ve connected to Property Gauge.
How do the quarterly and annual discounts work?+
Switch to quarterly billing for 5% off, or annual billing for 10% off. The discount applies automatically to your plan’s base price — no code needed.
What’s the free trial promotion?+
Start a free trial and add a credit card on file by October 1, 2026 to get an additional 25% off your plan for your first 6 months — on top of any quarterly or annual discount.
What happens if I go over my included units?+
You’re billed the per-unit overage rate for anything above your plan’s included units. No surprise upgrades or plan changes — it just shows up as a line item.
